What is Self Hypnosis and how does it work?

If you were to ask what self hypnosis is the simple answer would be that it’s a sort of therapy induced by yourself to give you a feeling of mental and physical relaxation. It also creates a sense of well being and helps you to get rid of bad habits or even free yourself of chronic pain.
