Losing weight with hypnosis

If you have tried everything else in a bid to lose weight and have failed, it may be time to try hypnosis, it does work.

Hypnosis is a powerful tool, but it isn’t a magic wand which means that after one session you will instantly be slim and have to put no effort in.  Hypnosis can have a snowball effect, that as you undergo several sessions, each session reinforces the ones previous, but you also need to use your willpower.

The result is that while hypnosis creates the changes, reinforcement ensures that the changes last.

Hypnosis is used to change learned responses and behaviours, so in effect what hypnosis does is that it causes rapid relearning in order that new responses and new behaviours become automatic.

Relearning occurs when the conscious critical factor of mind/brain is interrupted.  But learning doesn’t happen instantly, it takes time, so when we undergo hypnosis we speed up the relearning process.

The habit of overeating is an addiction and once this type of behaviours has taken control it is necessary to un-learn old and destructive behaviours and replace them with new constructive ones.

Transforming counterproductive behaviours into productive behaviour is effective and empowering and any behaviour that does not serve our goals or ones that inhibit our dreams can be changed with hypnosis and hypnosis can accelerate the learning process so fast that what has been learned over a period of lets say twenty years, can be relearned in a matter of a few sessions.

Hypnosis is being used in major medical institutions to help burn victims overcome pain and fear and is actually approved by many and an adjunct to traditional medical treatments.
