Many have asked the question whether hypnosis really works to help quit the smoking habit.  The answer is yes, but it relies on whether or not you are serious about wanting to stop smoking.

Smoking is fast becoming the number one anti social practice, and further to that smoking can be a killer, not only to yourself but to those around you too.  The responsibility to quit lies solely with you.  Hypnosis is proving to be one of the most successful methods used to quit, even for those who have smoked for years and years, and when teamed with a positive attitude towards quitting, can be very effective.

We need to start retraining, or reprogramming our minds, working on previously programmed habits.  It stands to reason that if we have been able to program our minds into forming a habit, it is possible to re-program them to eradicate the same habit.
