According to a recent health survey, 66% of all the smokers in the UK want to quit. Every week thousands are attending clinics to try nicotine patches, replacement cigarettes or chewing gum that the NHS recommends. Unfortunately, very few stop smoking. Yes, there is a percentage that manage to quit, but what if you are one of the ones who have tried and failed?
