Insomnia - is it ‘mind over matter?’

Millions upon millions of people around the world suffer from insomnia.  Insomnia is closely related to our stress levels and when we are out of ‘sync’ our sleep suffers as a result.

The world wide web is stuffed full of advice on how to overcome insomnia from taking sleeping draughts to turning off the television, but this advice does not address the root cause.  One way to get to the problem and cure insomnia permanently so that we get a restful and refreshing sleep is through mind relaxations.  Working with self hypnosis therapy is safe and effective and does not have side effects that over the counter medications can have.
