Look on the shelves at exercise DVDs and you will be struck by the number of semi-famous faces you see from the UK soaps, or fading singers repackaging themselves in a new body. Let’s face it, most of them look fabulous after an amazing weight loss. They are slim, toned and radiantly healthy. Fast forward a couple of years and they are unlikely to look the same, now appearing on ‘celebrity’ dance, singing or jungle programmes - they are back to being overweight like how they were before.
They achieved their weight loss with dieticians, cooks and personal trainers, but they have still put back all the weight and often more. It doesn’t look good for people like you and me - if they cannot get a permanent weight loss with all that help we don’t stand a chance.
Actually, we stand more than a chance. We just need to know why they put the weight back on, and the answer is simple. They didn’t change their minds about food and how they respond to it. They may have had short-term motivation but they didn’t have long-term learning. Rick Collingwood can teach you how to lose your fat forever through his hypnosis CDs and MP3 tracks.
The ‘trick’ is simple you just teach your sub-conscious mind to react differently when your body is telling it to stuff another chocolate bar in your mouth. Sounds impossible but with his CDs your mind doesn’t even know it is learning new habits until one day you notice that instead of eating you are doing something else and that is just what naturally slim people do. You too can be naturally slim.

If you have read pretty much anything about weight loss, you can be forgiven for thinking that it is all about food. In fact, being told that weight loss is only partially about what you consume and how much you exercise may come as a huge shock.
The reason most of us are overweight is primarily because of how our mind controls our actions. Putting the wrong food into our mouths at the wrong times is just the result of what our brain is telling us to do. Eating too much is a learned behaviour. Once you accept that you have to learn new behaviours, you achieve permanent weight loss.
Unfortunately it is very difficult to do as our minds are very resistant to change and our reactions to food are sub-conscious. We don’t realise they happen, let alone know how to change them. This is why the fantastic weight loss CDs from Rick Collingwood are so incredibly effective in promoting weight loss and in keeping the weight off once it has gone.
Rick is a world renowned hypnotherapist consultant and his recordings have won both accolades and a huge following round the world. Put simply, they are like one-to-one sessions where you are taught to relax into a state where your mind is ready to accept reprogramming. This means that your mind learns to react differently to food. Instead of eating when you are not hungry you will learn to automatically do something else. This is a system that truly works and keeps you at the correct weight so it is worth looking into further.

‘Mind over matter‘. Now this might be an old saying but the fact is that our minds and brains can help us accomplish all sorts of things that we thought we could never do. Unfortunately, our minds can actually stop us being successful without us even being aware of it.
Our subconscious minds can make us overweight, unhappy, smokers, stressed or unable to sleep and we don’t even know that it is happening. If we don’t know that we are doing it then we are going to struggle to stop. This may all sound bizarre but let’s take weight loss as an example. If all that was needed to be slim was to eat less then we would all be the perfect weight, but the world is full of fat people who want to be slim.
If you start a diet you may feel hungry occasionally, but most overweight people don’t just eat when they are hungry so it is not our response to hunger that piles on the pounds. It is our learned response to a whole array of things. We are watching the TV so we eat a few biscuits, we are on the bus or in the car so we eat a bar of chocolate. If this sounds familiar then you need to look at Rick Collingwood’s weight loss hypnosis CD and learn how not to respond to anything other than hunger by eating. It is brilliant, it works and best of all it is easy.

Hypnotherapy helps us to relax, not just physically but mentally and when the mind is relaxed it can accept new information more easily than at other times. This is why the techniques can be used to help us literally change our minds about being overweight. Weight loss is not just about losing pounds of fat, it is also about being a slim person. Slim people have a different attitude to food. That is why they are slim and why they remain slim.
The truth about being overweight is that you eat too many calories than the exercise you do, the excess calories are stored as fat. If it was that simple then we could all stop eating as much and get more exercise and, hey presto, we would be slim and stay slim. But that doesn’t actually happen.
It is more complicated, when we diet we feel deprived. When we feel deprived, we feel miserable and so we eat. This is because our subconscious minds have got into this habit and ‘naturally’ slim people have different habits. Imagine this, every time you want to eat something when you are not hungry you automatically, without thinking, reach for a glass of water rather than food. Now, that would help you lose weight and would keep you slim.
This is the sort of new behaviour you learn using the hypnosis CDs and MP3 tracks of our hypnotherapist Rick Collingwood. His system works and is easy to use so if you want to lose the weight and never get it back you should consider getting his weight loss system right now.

If you are overweight and need to shed the excess pounds then you have probably tried to diet on your own and found that you soon ran out of motivation. It has been proven in countless surveys that if you diet with support, then you are more likely to lose weight. That seems like a big tick for the slimming clubs and weight loss groups, however, the same research shows that only a very small percentage reach their target weight, and a large proportion of them retain their weight loss.
It seems that whilst reducing your calorie intake and taking more exercise does burn off the excess fat, we need something else to keep us on the right track and keep the weight of permanently. This ‘something else’ is what makes slim people slim. It is not often a question of a faster metabolism it is generally a different mindset or attitude to food that means that some people are slim and the rest of us put on weight.
Rick Collingwood is a renowned therapeutic consultant who has helped thousands of people not only with their weight loss, but become slim people that stay slim. He uses a unique method of hypnotherapy to help his clients change their mental attitude to food and achieve a balance in their lives that means that they do not regain the weight that they have lost.
His weight loss programme is available for both CD and MP3 and is the only one ever to have been granted the prestigious Aria Platinum Award which means that his programme is accepted as one that truly works by his peers. If you are looking for a weight loss system that works and that you can use 24/7 then this is the right one for you.

Just because you are overweight doesn’t mean you have to stay that way forever. You may have tried weight loss clubs and all the latest diets without success, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t get the weight loss you are looking for and, more importantly, keep it off for life. The reason that many people who successfully lose weight put it back on is because they have concentrated on getting rid of the fat without learning how to be a thinner person.
Rick Collingwood has been helping people with weight loss for over 25 years through his work as a world class therapeutic hypnotherapy consultant. His successes are legendary, not just because people lose the weight, but because many years later they are still slim and trim. It sounds like a miracle but it is really quite simple.
At one time, the only people who could benefit from Rick’s gentle, relaxing and personally empowering hypnotherapy sessions were the ones that could see him for personal consultations. Realising that there were hundreds of thousands of people needing his help, Rick went on to produce hypnosis CDs and MP3 applications that are just like being in a real one to one session. These have proved to be incredibly effective, possibly better than the ‘real thing’ because they can be played whenever you want. It is just like having Rick available 24/7 to help you whenever you need him.
So if you’re looking for weight loss through hypnotherapy, here’s to a happy, healthier, slimmer you.

Hypnotherapy presents lasting change to those mindsets looking for release, ultimately bringing them freedom. It is sad but true that many citizens of the world have had to endure hardships that sometimes cause people to lose focus on reality. This is called trauma.
In the case of someone who was abused at a very young age, for instance, that person obviously did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment but years later the trauma of that experience has filtered into their adult life and has defined some strong characteristics. The person believes this is who the truly are.
The opposite is also true for someone who has low self esteem, suicidal tendencies or is introverted. Everyone is born free but circumstance ultimately enslaves us. Hypnotherapy is one of the ways that people can connect with themselves to find that true strength that lies within each of us.
How are some people so successful and others not?
The story of the rich man and the poor man is one as old as civilization itself. How is it possible that two men born in the same place at the same time can have two totally different outcomes to their lives? In a simple explanation it comes down to condition. One person conditioned himself for success and the other for failure.
Now while we may feel that nobody would intentionally condition himself for failure the truth is that all over the world we see people who have done just that. Hypnotherapy is a great way to re-program a person’s belief system through hypnosis. Hypnotherapy can help people lead stronger, fuller lives.

The 21st century is a technological age where we have instant access to everything. We have never had such a high standard of living before with good nutrition, skilled medical care and world travel.
The price we pay is stress at incredible levels with pressure to perform at work, at home, in relationships and all sporting activities. Technology has incredible advantages, but in general humans are paying a price that is simply too steep.
We don’t have time to relax; we are always on the run and sooner or later our body rebels. We have stress-related diseases, eating disorders, addictions and failed relationships. This all leads to our self esteem hitting the bottom of the pond. This sounds rather dreadful and depressing yet there is absolutely no reason for our lives to turn into such a shambles.
Take a helping hand
Hypnotherapy is the alternative treatment that takes a holistic approach. It doesn’t simply treat the symptoms of the problem or ailment as so many pharmaceutical drugs do. Hypnotherapy goes to the root of the problem; it opens up the subconscious mind to where the problems started. It does not matter whether you have an eating disorder, or have developed phobias.
Hypnosis works whether you need to get your self confidence back or learning how to handle chronic pain. It is time to take a step back from our technological world and start caring for our precious bodies and minds.
The answers to what ails you or the habits and behavioural patterns you need to change lie within your own mind. Hypnotherapy is the helping hand that we reach out to you. Allow yourself to live life to the fullest and be the best you can possibly be with the help of hypnotherapy.

It may sound like a strange statement to make, but it is true. Your subconscious mind protects you and by doing so it can settle you into harmful behavioural patterns. To understand this you need to understand how your subconscious mind works.
The job of your subconscious mind is to protect you, no matter what, even if it has to lie to you. What it does is protect you by clamping down on emotions that can be overwhelming.
So what do you have to do to force your subconscious mind to protect you from living with negative behavioural patterns and doing things that actually harm you?
Force change
Hypnosis is the answer; through hypnosis you give your subconscious mind permission to let your conscious mind override it and make changes. Without hypnosis, your very powerful subconscious mind will not let the conscious make decisions to change destructive behaviour. The subconscious mind will fight to “protect” you at all costs. You can do this in two ways.
You can either come to us for one-on-one hypnotherapy sessions or if possible make use of our self-help option through hypnosis MP3s and CDs. Hypnosis unlocks your unconscious mind, accessing the emotions attached to the addiction or destructive behaviour.
The conscious mind can then make the change. You no longer have to be afraid of risking exposure to success or getting rid of those cigarettes you used as a comfort blanket during times of stress.
With hypnosis, we do not change the events that have lead to your unwanted behaviour. What we do is to change how you feel about what happened and teach you to let your conscious mind make the decisions.

Many people are wary to even try hypnosis or go into hypnotherapy for problems because they do not have enough knowledge about the subject. When a person does not know the facts, they assume many things.
One of the misconceptions is that you will lose control and that you will become privy to every suggestion the hypnotherapist gives them. Hypnosis does not turn people into robots. Unfortunately, too many people think of the fun and silliness of stage acts with hypnosis. You are in control; your own subconscious and conscious mind will make the decision for you and no one else.
Hyper-alert and receptive
What we try to make clients understand is that you are not asleep during a hypnotherapy session. In reality, your conscious and subconscious mind goes into hyper-alert mode while your body is completely relaxed. When you come to a hypnotherapy session you are not weak minded. Indeed your mind is strong enough to want to make changes.
As Hypnotherapists, we need your mind to be wide awake and open. This is so that we can work with you to help you change that destructive behaviour that is causing you such problems. Indeed, the reverse is true: you need to have a strong mind.
Taking that first crucial step into hypnosis is not for the hesitant, these people want to make positive changes. Your hypnosis therapist will guide you each step of the way until you achieve your goal. You will be able to be free of an addiction, to regain confidence, rid yourself of pain or a phobia. It is all possible within your own mind and hypnosis is the key.
