Insomnia means a prolonged state of being unable to sleep and there are three aspects which need to addressed. The most common issue which contributes to being unable to sleep is the constant thinking of one’s problems, analysing them, worrying about them etc.
The second aspect is emotional and mental and the third is aspect is the physical.
Hypnosis will allow you to get to the root of all three causes because it goes straight to your subconscious mind to find out what is bothering you, finding the solution and allowing you to get to start sleeping and in effect get on with your life, healthy and refreshed.
Hypnosis is a technique of deep relaxation which reduces and eliminates the thought racing around your mind and allows you to unwind them and once you are there, you are able to see the problem in its reality, release fears and concerns and find the solution.
In order to sleep we have to go through the alpha state, the theta and delta states and then finally into the sleep state. Hypnosis focuses on the delta state in order to change your neurological processes and give you the relief you need to sleep. Hypnosis will help you move your brain into the theta state where you will drift off into the delta state and then into sleep.
And, in order to address insomnia you have to get your muscles and the rest of your body to relax. Hypnosis helps this process as it encompasses deep relaxation techniques, allowing you to physically relax.
