Firstly find a comfortable place and relax, focus on your breathing and imagine a serene and peaceful place. Take in this scene and assure yourself that you are in a safe place.
Repeat positive affirmations to give yourself suggestions and then count back from 5 to 1, gradually until you are back into full awareness. Breathe deeply and feel the difference.
