We all experience unhappiness at some point in our lives. Failed relationships, bereavement, job loss, stress, low self-esteem can all lead us to unhappiness and even despair. But we can pull ourselves up by the boot straps and get on with our lives and, if we are lucky, our unhappiness turns into just one of life’s little blips.
