It has been about six months since I first started to feel not quite right. I did not know what was wrong just thought my body was mucking up. As a result of the anxiety I was suffering, my digestive system started to shut down. Then I started to worry about that also. I also suffered depression for a short while. As a result I had considerable weight loss, and started several treatment options. I underwent treatment from my Naturopath also started acupuncture. These treatments helped but the problem still remained. In November I was having a really hard time. My wife I went to see our local doctor who we trust. He is excellent and tells it how it is. Sometimes it is a bit hard to accept what he is saying, but it is better to be told the truth. He told me that stress was at fault and wanted me to start anti-depressants. At first I could not accept it was stress doing this to me, but after a while it made sense and I accepted it. I am not fond of drugs and wanted to avoid them, so we made a trip to our naturopath for some alternatives.
The supplements suggested by our Naturopath worked well, however the root of the problem was still there. My acupuncturist suggested that I should get myself a meditation CD, to help me to relax. This is when I discovered the hypnosis CD's in the shop. They came highly recommended and I was told they were better than meditation alone. So I thought what do I have to lose and bought the self-esteem happiness CD. After the first day (I listened to the CD three times that day) I knew positive changes were taking place. It has been about 5 weeks of listening to the CD now I can feel myself becoming more relaxed everyday living life with a clear mind. I am no longer weighed down by negative thoughts worrying about things unnecessarily. I now understand that I control my thoughts they only have the power that I give them. I still have treatment from our Naturopath Acupuncturist, they work well withyour CD. I am now putting on weight again, and am feeling a lot better. I have had a few challenging situations arise, and have noticed the changes in those situations within myself, and can see other people in a different light.
I have also had the pleasure of speaking to you on a couple of occasions, and found you to be very understanding of my situation. I didn't expect that I would be able to talk to you, but was very pleasantly surprised when you took the time to speak to me. It is good to see in this day and age that there are still genuine caring people out there.

Rick rang me on my mobile number but I was in meditation at The Relaxation Centre at the time. I would like him to speak to me because I used his mind/body healing CD every night for 6 months and then whenever I couldn't sleep. I have Stage 4 adenocarcinoma of the right upper lung and in two ipsilateral mediastinal lymph nodes and in the bones. My latest PET scan showed the cancer was dead. This remission is almost unheard of and I am sure that the CD had a large input into my positive frame of mind. The late Christopher Reeves''(superman) wife recently died of the same condition as mine.
I belong to a cancer support group at The Relaxation Centre in Fortitude Valley. I am positive Rick should introduce his mind/body healing, meditation and other CDs there.

Instructions for Use
|
Using the titles couldn't be easier. You do not need to use personal headphones to listen to the titles and they are qually as effective on loud-speakers.
To get the best results they can be used as a normal hypnotherapy session whenever the client has an hour to spare and up to 3 times in a 24 hour period.
Do not use more than 3 titles within the same time frame. For example a combination of 3 titles using one title per day will still yield good effects for all of the chosen topics. However if more than 3 topics are focused upon during the allotted usage time frame the effects will probably become diluted for some people. Some people report good results by using one title in the morning and another a night while they are sleeping.
Never use the products whilst driving a vehicle or operating machinery. Driving immediately after using the CD / MP3 is quite safe.
EPILEPSY
The CDs have never been reported to bring on attacks of epilepsy or seizures. However if a person suffers from the maladies it is best that they consult their medical doctor before proceeding. If the use of the CDs were to instigate an epileptic fit or seizure then it would be no different or more severe than what would be experienced without the use of the CD.
MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS
Any person suffering from a significant mental health problem such as Schizophrenia. Multiple Personality Disorder, Psychosis, Bi Polar Disorder, or Delusional Disorder, whether the disorder be congenital or otherwise should not use these titles without prior consultation with their physician. This does not include depression.
Please note that none of these CDs are intended to replace medical treatments or pharmaceutical medications.
