Hi there,
When i was 19 i was diagnosed with severe panic/anxiety attacks, depression and agoraphobia.
I am now 27 and have spent the entire time from the age of 19 up until now trying to heal myself, I have tried just about every therapy that's available from cranial sacral, psychologists, psychiatrists, metaphysical counseling, reiki, chakra balancing just to name a few the list just keeps going on. But none seemed to work, so as i continued On and through out my quest for healing i would find myself resorting to dope and alcoholism to subdue my frustrations of why i could not heal. but i was really just fooling myself ending up in worse places than where i had started from, meaning i was at deaths door so to speak.
But recently several weeks ago I came across dr rick Collingwood's cd on happiness and self esteem, well the only words at my disposition right now are ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT no crap. This cd has almost completely healed all of my previously explained mental and emotional dilemmas and is now starting to heal my physical problems that are obviously a bi product of all the previously entrenched negative mental and emotional attitudes that i had from my original diagnoses.
Now i can actually live a life and make positive choices on daily bases that inevitably lead to even greater prospects for my flutter. I really can not thank rick enough i am literally mind boggled as to how one cd can change my life so dramatically and quickly Thank you.

Dear Rick,
It is with much pleasure that I find myself writing to you this afternoon.
I purchased your Quit Smoking CD on the 23-8-2006 and began using the program on the 28-8-2006. It would be very difficult to find the words that could describe how very grateful I am that you had the foresight to record your sessions onto CD. Today I am up to Day 10 and have noticed some amazing changes in how I have felt over the last few days when I have used the program morning and evening. There is a natural flow now, that has never been there before.
I would like to say that I have always believed that hypnosis is a wonderful healing modality, I was just not fortunate enough to meet the right hypnotherapist.
At this time in my life it is most important that I cease smoking as I had a heart attack on the 13-8-2006.
I have a very interesting story to tell which covers a very large part of my life. Briefly, sexual and emotional abuse from my father and then many years of living with major depression.
But my story does have a very happy ending. Through much effort and work I have been able to forgive my father and although we are only in phone contact at the present time, I am looking forward to seeing him when I am strong enough to travel. Because no matter what has happened, he will always be my dad and I will always love him dearly. Even better, I have been able to tell him that and it felt so good!!!
On the day I had my heart attack, I had a very strong feeling to call him and let him know that I no longer felt any pain re the past. I am sure the feeling was strong because I felt most unwell and shortly after I made the call, I found myself in hospital having a stent put in. I am so very glad that I was able to do that.
I know that I need to write my story and I now know that I CAN!!! Because thanks to your CDs I know that healing for me is now possible.
If you ever feel that you would like to write a book of case histories, please know that I would be happy to contribute.

Dear Rick
I have two of your CD's and have been using the "Happiness and Self-Esteem" for the past five days and have already noticed a huge difference. I have suffered from severe depression, chronic migraines and panic attacks for 10 years and today because of your CD's I was even motivated to do the gardening(rather pull out weeds!) and THAT has never happened!!...

Quick update
I have already noticed a difference in Kathryns attitude and actions this week, more focused, calmer, making plans for medical appts etc, talking to her sister and me about her past, anger and depression etc and how best to work on herself. Went out last night and only had a few drinks, she said she just did not feel like any more, which is terrific and I am sure a result of the tapes.
We will keep playing the tape and keep you posted! I will send a deposit cheque for the course next payday.

Instructions for Use
|
Using the titles couldn't be easier. You do not need to use personal headphones to listen to the titles and they are qually as effective on loud-speakers.
To get the best results they can be used as a normal hypnotherapy session whenever the client has an hour to spare and up to 3 times in a 24 hour period.
Do not use more than 3 titles within the same time frame. For example a combination of 3 titles using one title per day will still yield good effects for all of the chosen topics. However if more than 3 topics are focused upon during the allotted usage time frame the effects will probably become diluted for some people. Some people report good results by using one title in the morning and another a night while they are sleeping.
Never use the products whilst driving a vehicle or operating machinery. Driving immediately after using the CD / MP3 is quite safe.
EPILEPSY
The CDs have never been reported to bring on attacks of epilepsy or seizures. However if a person suffers from the maladies it is best that they consult their medical doctor before proceeding. If the use of the CDs were to instigate an epileptic fit or seizure then it would be no different or more severe than what would be experienced without the use of the CD.
MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS
Any person suffering from a significant mental health problem such as Schizophrenia. Multiple Personality Disorder, Psychosis, Bi Polar Disorder, or Delusional Disorder, whether the disorder be congenital or otherwise should not use these titles without prior consultation with their physician. This does not include depression.
Please note that none of these CDs are intended to replace medical treatments or pharmaceutical medications.
